It takes a dedicated "patch" of incredible individuals to create a world-class experience for our guests. Whether you’re a Cullman local or traveling from across the state, we’d love to have you on our team.

Receive confirmation for your chosen times from our volunteer team. Ask questions, add more sessions if you like, and get excited to serve!

Every year, the Alabama Strawberry Festival brings the vibrant energy, live music, and world-class flavors of springtime to tens of thousands of guests. Behind the live performances, artisan vendors, and legendary strawberry buckets is our dedicated seasonal team—the engine that powers Alabama's kick-off to Summer.
We are hiring for various positions throughout the festival grounds, from vendor booths and guest services to entertainment and operations. This is your chance to earn seasonal income while being immersed in the electric atmosphere of Alabama’s premier spring festival.
Our team members don’t just work an event—they help craft memories and traditions that families from across the Southeast treasure for years to come.
